Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

For DTF and vinyl we start at 1 piece. Screen printing from 25, embroidery from 12, sublimation cut & sew from 10. For sourcing, expect 24 pieces minimum for stock products or 300 pieces for private label.

How quickly do we receive a quote?

Send your brief before 5 PM on a business day and you will have the quote in your inbox the next business day. We handle rush requests within 4 hours where possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. From Haarlem we ship across the EU within 2–3 days. Worldwide shipping via DHL Express on request — typically 4–6 days.

Do you work with sustainable materials?

Most of our blank garments are OEKO-TEX or GOTS certified. We recommend water-based inks for screen print and cotton / recycled polyester as the base fabric. Ask for our sustainable collection.

Can I supply my own garments?

Yes, with a few requirements around fabric composition and origin so we can stand behind the result. Ask for our "customer-supplied" terms.
