Sublimation
Edge-to-edge, lightweight prints baked into the fabric. The technique behind professional cycling and running kits.
Why we recommend it
Sublimation turns ink into a gas under heat and pressure, which then dyes the polyester fibres of your garment from the inside. There is no layer sitting on top — the print is literally part of the fabric. This is how professional cycling jerseys, esports kits and lightweight running gear get their edge-to-edge graphics that never crack or peel.
When this is the right choice
- Cycling, running, esports and team kits
- All-over prints, no print boundaries
- Lightweight sportswear where breathability matters
- Sublimation-friendly bags, mousepads and hardware

Garment design
We lay out your artwork on a digital pattern of the cut garment — every panel, seam and placement is previewed before printing.
Print on transfer paper
Sublimation ink is printed in mirror image on coated transfer paper using piezo-electric heads at 1440 dpi.
Cut & sew
Panels are pressed at 200 °C, then cut and sewn into the finished garment — sublimating before sewing is what enables true edge-to-edge prints.
QC & pack
Each garment is inspected for colour fidelity and stitch quality before being folded and bagged.
