Sometimes the garment itself is the bottleneck. We source from a vetted global supplier network — Stanley/Stella, Just Hoods, Roly, B&C, our long-standing Portuguese and Asian factory partners — to find the right base for your project. When stock garments do not fit, we develop fully custom products from scratch: tech-pack, sample, fitting, production.

From file to finished garment
Brief & benchmark
You share the target garment, fabric weight, price point and volume. We compare it against three or four suppliers from our network and recommend the best match.
Sample round
We pull a sample (or develop one in 4–6 weeks for custom) and ship it to you with cost breakdown and lead-time estimate.
Tech pack & approval
For custom products we produce a tech pack (measurement chart, BOM, construction notes) so the factory has zero ambiguity at production.
Production & QC
We monitor the factory, perform mid- and final-inspection AQL 2.5, and consolidate shipment to our warehouse for branding before delivery to you.
