Why we recommend it
When every shirt needs a different name or number, vinyl is unbeatable. We CAD-cut flex or flock vinyl, weed out the negative space and heat-press each piece individually. The result is sharp, single-colour graphics that handle dozens of personalisations without exploding the unit cost.

Roster intake
Send us a spreadsheet with names, numbers, sizes and shirts — we will validate spelling and shirt-size matches before cutting.
Cut & weed
A plotter cuts each name on coloured vinyl. The negative is hand-weeded — the slow but precise step that defines quality.
Press
Each garment is pressed at 150 °C with calibrated pressure. We use Siser and Stahls vinyl rated for 50+ washes.
Pack per athlete
Optionally we pack each shirt with its athlete name and number on the bag — straight from box to locker.
